Marion Houses of Worship
Spiritual paths in Marion are varied. Our religious community is home
to many different faiths who are not above working together for the good
of the entire community.
Webmaster's Note: When I first began this page, I thought a list
of the various denominations with links to their national/international
web sites would be both informative and appropriate. The list in my mind's
eye had such generic terms as "Methodist," "Lutheran,"
"Catholic," and "Baptist." Imagine my shock as I began
to research and discovered several different branches within each major
denomination (not to mention all the non-denominational organizations).
The entire experience has been both mind-boggling and interesting in a
book-geeky kind of way. I wish I could proclaim the list on the right to
be complete. Unfortunately, it isn't even close. If I have neglected to
include a certain denomination, please pass along the link.
